Nick has extensive experience in the game manufacturing industry and has broad international experiences. Besides his role at Launch Tabletop, he is also the founder and Managing Director of Ninox Games, a renowned mass manufacturing service provider that has produced many beloved games for both the hobby and the mass markets. Nick loves the creativity in the game industry, and is passionate about helping creators to bring their ideas to life. His combination of cultural, business, and technical experiences gives him the unique skill set to serve at Launch Tabletop.
Nick lived in the United States and Australia and now resides in Hong Kong. Before working in the game industry, he was a postdoctoral scholar at the California Institute of Technology.

Sam has over 20 years experience in the printing and packaging industry, where he has helped numerous international brands with their product development and production needs. With his extensive knowledge of manufacturing operations and technologies suitable for production at different scales, Sam helps to design and manage our production operations, enabling us to offer the unique range of services we have at Launch Tabletop.
Chief Solutions Officer
Allen has worked professionally across specialties in games design, publishing, software development, graphic design, print production and industrial design. Allen has designed and published many board games during his tenure as the Creative Director at Rule & Make. Additionally, Allen is multilingual, a die-hard gamer and an avid power tool enthusiast. Due to his eclectic cross-disciplinary skills, Allen is uniquely qualified to help Launch Tabletop identify and implement solutions currently faced by the board game industry.
Chief Technical Officer
Alannah’s diverse background in software engineering and board game production sets her apart. With nearly two decades in the tech industry, combined with several years of experience in board game design, publishing, and manufacturing, she brings a unique perspective to the table. Alannah is driven by her passion for technology integration, and a commitment to inclusivity and diversity, making her well-equipped to modernise the board game production process. By incorporating cutting-edge technology solutions, she aims to make it easier for creators worldwide to bring their ideas to life.
Since 2016, Kate has worked actively in board game production management and design with publishers like Druid City Games, Skybound Tabletop, Cyanide & Happiness, 25th Century Games, and Good Games Publishing. She’s worked on teams that have delivered projects like Unfair (2016), Tidal Blades (2020), Trial By Trolley (2020) and Wonderland’s War (2022). Kate’s experience of tabletop game production at small and large scale, her understanding of the needs of publishers within the space, and a well-honed eye for detail serve her daily in her role as Product Manager where she bridges the divide between creatives and developers. Kate is a co-presenter on the Materialise podcast.
