Understanding Review, Production & Delivery Timeframes (and How to Estimate Shipping Before You Order)
When ordering your prototype or game through Launch Lab, it’s helpful to understand the key stages your order goes through—from artwork submission to delivery. Here’s a breakdown of the typical timeline, and how you can estimate shipping costs before you place an order.
1. Artwork Review
Once you place your order, our production team will first review your artwork. This typically takes 1–2 business days, depending on how many components are in your project.
If any issues are found, we’ll reach out with clear feedback and next steps. You’ll have the opportunity to fix and re-upload your artwork before production begins.
2. Production
After your artwork is approved, your order will move into production. Our standard turnaround time is 8–12 business days, with most orders completed in about 10 business days.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been produced, it’s packed and handed off to the courier. Shipping time depends on the method you selected at checkout:
Priority Shipping – Estimated delivery in 6–10 days after dispatch
Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery in 9–14 days after dispatch
Economy Shipping – Estimated delivery in 15–21 days after dispatch
These delivery windows begin after production is complete, not from the order date.

You can view an estimated shipping cost and delivery timeframe directly in your project before placing an order:
