⚠️ Warnings
- Object uses RGB.
What is the problem?
Most commercial printers—including Launch Lab—print using the CMYK colour space. This warning appears because your file has either been saved in RGB, or contains RGB elements such as embedded images.
For most users, this warning can be safely ignored. Launch Lab’s printers will automatically convert RGB content to CMYK during the print process, usually with excellent results.
This warning is primarily intended for advanced users who want precise control over colour reproduction and are willing to manually adjust their files for the most accurate print output.
How do I fix it?
We always recommend starting with the templates generated for you in Launch Lab. These templates are set up with the correct specifications from the start, making it easier to produce high-quality, print-ready files.
Whether or not you’ve used a template, you can safely ignore the RGB warning. Launch Tabletop’s printers are designed to handle RGB-to-CMYK conversion reliably and will produce excellent results in most cases.
If you’re an advanced user seeking precise colour control, we suggest referring to a tutorial specific to your design software. Colour conversion workflows vary widely depending on the program and the level of control you need. In many cases, achieving perfect accuracy is a complex process and falls outside the scope of this article.
