❗ Errors
- Duplicate dielines found.
What is the problem?
Your artwork contains multiple copies of the dieline.
Dielines tell our printers where to cut or fold your print. They must be precisely sized and positioned to ensure accurate production. If the dielines are duplicated, misaligned, or altered, your artwork may not print correctly.
How do I fix it?
Check whether your artwork contains a duplicate dieline layer. If you find one, simply delete the extra layer, save your file, and re-upload it.
We recommend starting with the PDF templates provided by Launch Lab. Open the template in your preferred design software and transfer your artwork into it before uploading.
If you’ve already used the template but are still seeing this warning, the simplest solution is to open the original template again, copy and paste your artwork into it, and re-upload the new file. This ensures the dieline is correctly set up and avoids any accidental duplication.
