Code 0014: Incorrect dieline/artwork dimensions

What is the problem?

Your artwork contains missing, incorrect, or misaligned dielines, which may prevent it from printing accurately.

Dielines tell our printers where to cut or fold your print. They must be precisely sized and positioned to ensure accurate production. If the dielines are duplicated, misaligned, or altered, your artwork may not print correctly.

How do I fix it?

We recommend starting with the PDF templates provided by Launch Lab. Open the template in your preferred design software and transfer your artwork into it before uploading.

The dieline in your file must meet the following requirements:

• It matches the dimensions shown in the top right of the instruction PDF

• It is visible in your file (the layer must not be hidden)

• It is positioned above all other layers

• It is set as a spot colour named “Dieline”

If any of these settings are incorrect, missing, or have been accidentally altered, the easiest solution is to create a new file using the original Launch Lab template, copy your artwork into it, and re-upload the new file. This ensures the dieline is correctly configured for print.
